Dance for Everybody

This is an open DanceAbility dance classfor everyone aged between 14 and 104 years. We meet every Saturday (except during school holidays) from 3pm to 5pm at Guardini90 at Haderner Stern.

You feel like moving. Maybe you have never danced before, maybe you danced a little in the past or maybe you have experience. You are young, old, older. Then come join us!. The exercises are designed in a way that everyone can dance along.

There is no right or wrong: dance the way you like it. Dance to your abilities, your expression.

Ralf Otto and other dance teachers and dancers will guide you according to the movement and dance method “DanceAbility”. Participation is free of charge and you can join at any time. You can come whenever you feel like it.
